AZUMI has put out two CDR albums — ¥1,500 each, sold through Village Press.

"AZUMI & 沖至 — DUO & SOLO." On a Paris tour AZUMI fell in with the trumpeter Oki Itaru, who lives there; the following year, 2006, they joined his Japan tour. This is the live recording from 夢家 (Yumeya), a room in Momodani, Osaka.

"Monthly AZUMI, January 2008." They'd gotten hold of a handy little recorder and begun taping themselves constantly — at home in the flat, at friends' places, whenever the best take of a song happened in rehearsal. Sometimes the chatter and the sounds of the street end up on the tape too.

Translation is conceptual, not word-for-word — meaning and voice over literal glosses. The original, always: archived post.
