This was the publisher ビレッジプレス (est. 1985), founded by 村元武 — creator of Japan's first city information magazine, Play Guide Journal (Osaka, 1971). Its quarterly 雲遊天下 was about people who live and work on their own terms; it also published the Chūō-line culture magazine ぐるり and folk CDs by 豊田勇造. The company wound down in January 2021. Their work is still out there:
